Established in 1695, the Rutland and Stamford Mercury is the oldest newspaper in Britain. Three editions (Stamford and the Deepings, Rutland and Bourne) are published every Friday. It offers a blend of news, views, features and sport as well as popular classified and jobs sections and a bumper property supplement.
