Welcome once again to the 10th annual celebration of local sport - the 2013 Melton Times Sports Awards.
How to make a nomination

It's our aim to honour another year of outstanding success by rewarding individuals, teams and officials who have set the standards which other boroughs can only dream of matching.
But we need your help - who do you know who fits the bill for one of the 10 categories listed here? Who has impressed you with their sporting achievements over the last 12 months?
Our panel of judges will then decide on the finalists and winners of these 10 awards (no votes will be accepted) and invite them to our big sports awards night on Thursday, June 27.
Our judges will also agree a shortlist for our two top awards - the Sports Personality (sponsored by Active Melton) and Junior Sports Personality of the Year (sponsored by Long Field Academy) - and then it will be over to you to vote for your favourite.
